Well, then let's say she was flying under the radar.

I do agree that avoiding Pawlenty was a good choice. He brought nothing to the ticket. From all media accounts, McCain personally can't stand Romney, and there were questions as to whether people are ready to vote for a Mormon. I thought Huckabee had a chance, but that Lieberman would be a better 'bold' choice. I guess the anti abortion people had too much pull for that.
