I was told it will probably be going out tomorrow. . . though you never know with that stuff!!!!! The ACOR fax was originally supposed to start late last week, so. . . :) You never know. I also wish that IGHS had audited financials. . . but at least they are very close. And assuming the press release is as big as I was led to believe. . . I don't think that lack of SEC filings will hold anyone back. Just my opinion.
