Seems to me the only way this company gets more money from Apple is that if Apple comes back for more technology after February 2012. It also means Apple is forever free to use all the technology developed through February 2012 without additional payment. So, whether Apple uses this portfolio of technologies in 2012 or 2100, Apple doesn't have to pay another cent.
