I'm glad you made that clear. I've made similar observations in the past when AOL settled one class action or another, noting settlement did not preclude C/A of those who opt out.

Either the major media does not understand or is just as uninformed as on this matter as most, but most reports do not state what you did, allowing AOLcultists to crow "that's all in the past".

Many in the financial community also seek to promote that false climate. And do so for obvious and entirely self-serving reasons.
