Jubak takes a look at stocks by fundamentals, timeliness and valuation

Stocks to buy when economy turns around are stocks that do well when economy is bad

BRCD, CIEN, AMD, NOK good because taking market share from competitors
QLGC, LU, INTC, MOT are bad as losing market share

Tim

Edit: He does list Intel under "Cheap stocks after huge market tumbles" and list it under his top 10 because "INTC: Improving fundamentals, early turn timeliness, historically cheap." AMD is not in the top ten.
