All, soon after receiving my Nikon 990 camera, I received a Plextor 12/10/32 CD-RW drive (12x write to <$1 CDRs, 10X rewrite using newer CR-RW media, and 32MB read speed ... all with a unique mechanism to prevent making 'coasters'"). In addition, a SNDK 64MB card is on its way which I will be able to compare with the 16MB Lexar card that came with the camera.
