Thanks for the update. A word of caution. The 30% net profit margin will not continue for two reasons:
1. FAMH will have start up costs associated with the new locations.
2. If 30% was the nornal shareholder return for this industry (and it is not), competition would enter the marketplace and lower the net profit margin.
I am not saying the numbers are incorrect, just don't expect future results to maintain the same ratios.
