You answered what I consider a very important question (whether the AG resolution would impact the private suits).

A related question I have: In light of the AG resolution, can new suits be filed in the represented states if subscribers there aren't happy with the AG resolution? Personally, though I see the resolution as totally inadequate (15 hours=unlimited access), I wouldn't put the effort into suing. Have to wonder about sizable companies who might've really gotten hurt by not being able to get in, though.

I agree with someone else in here who said something to the effect that AOL is in bloody water and the *real* sharks will be in soon. What're your thoughts on that? For my part, I don't see that the AG resolution has had any impact on the belief by many that AOL committed fraud by offering a service they *knew* they couldn't deliver.
