Many in the financial community also seek to promote that false climate. And do so for obvious and entirely self-serving reasons.

Precisely why I bought my puts for so far out. I'm confident that there's enough time between now and April, that the true nature of the beast will eventually surface. My belief is that any C/A attorneys going after them for fraud will be able to roll out a lot of experts to testify that anyone could see that the unlimited pricing plan, on the current infrastructure, just plain wouldn't work. And it's only a matter of time before it gets proven that AOL *knew* they couldn't deliver the goods.

Once the word "fraud" replaces the term "busy signals" associated with AOL, it'll be time to cue the fat lady.
