SaltCreek Steakhouse is a chain out of Texas (where else?). They are fairly new in the Denver area, with only two locations so far. We've always gone to The Outback for steaks, but will give this new place a shot next week. They seem to be drawing good crowds, from what I've seen driving past. That's a good sign, I'd guess.
