Hi Duane,

I use the phone to trade,...I find it faster to punch in the numbers than to wait for the encrypted website to work. Also if I need to modify the order or set stops etc, I can quickly get a representative. By using the phone I also avoid internet service provider problems,...I am amazed the number of times my ISP is down because of line cuts or some other crap,...seems to be a least three or four times a month during trading hours.

I didn't have any trouble using the phone yesterday, and I was quite active,...perhaps the phone linkage wasn't down. Sometimes when the phone line linkage is down I use the website and find it is up. Most often I just get a trader (a real person- gggggggg) and tell them the on-line system is down, and they give me the personal service at the discount rate.
