Untrue. You need only to look back at the US Pharma Industry in the late 70s/early 80s. The FDA was considered by industry to be a "paper tiger". Efficacy was questionable and contaminants found their way into product. Today the FDA is very strong and, as a direct result, our medications are safe and effective.

Don't believe for a second that counterfeiters will worry about safety or efficacy.

I would guess that the product will look just like Viara but it will not be produced with the same level of care as Viagra, resulting in a less controlled, more dangerous drug. Of course, given Viagra's placebo effect, it may not matter.
