I am afraid it is starting to appear so and I am keeping a very close eye on it's activity, especially after the poor performance of late today. For the time being, I can only say that the Jury is out until the end of this week. What also concerns me is the fact that some of the recent Biotech Leaders such as AMGN & BGEN are also forming a double-top formation at their previous highs. I will keep you posted on my thoughts later this afternoon. GOOD LUCK.
