Kevin, in general it's very hard to find bargains these days. Nothing like GEMS at book value... The only things I like is BOST (Boston Chicken), PAGE (Paging Network) and HQH/HQL for biotechs. I would try to avoid companies with business linked to the computer industry in general, mainly semis and semi equipment, disk drive companies and boxmakers. ESST falls into this category. Amir
