Barney, i always see these kind comments everyday last couple of days. in 99.99% of these cases its just no true. Datek has a lot of servers and if one of these is slow or down you just change the server...i can do that on the fly within seconds..so far it has worked for me. additionally, if i feel any significant slowdown in connection speed i switch my provider as well to see if its my provider and/or backbone (usually i stick with UUNET). End of the story: Datek is more or less ok for me.. and what is more there are connection probs with Cybertrader, Castle as well (no no..dont blame the internet technology for this, thats too simple). Somehow i have the impression that Cybertrader, MB trading are so fast (are they?) because they are still 'ramping up'.
