Well Jeff, by Clinton just being in Russia and the world to see, his calming some nerves around the globe. I agree this market needs help and we need .50 basis points rate cut to fuel the economy. The market will be up tomorrow... +237. if I'm wrong.. Hasta la vista Caballeros ! Regards, R.T
