TA or Tits & Ass is placing significance to the rising and falling curves that we're all attracted to. A "cup with a handle" is significant because it means the cup can be filled with a shot and thus help you stomach the next downturn. By the way oil drillers tend to run their businesses into the ground. But, alas I too am long in Trace of Petroleum and hope they find some willing partners to help them find that Black Gold. :-$)
