Cap and Trade Carbon Credits are an unmitigated ecological disaster. I have seen first hand, where entire eco systems are first fenced off, then every living plant and animal is killed with herbicides, pesticides and toxins, followed by monoculture blue gum plantations as the basis for carbon credits sold to industrial corporations. Can any global warming zealot explain to me how industrial scale destruction of entire eco systems is saving the planet?
