One can look at the INTC chart and clearly see that bad news in the form of a pre-announcement was coming. Was it all priced in? No, but most of it was.

These kind of high profile pre-announcements traditionally come near the end of bearish moves in the stock price.

The bigger question is what is priced in in terms of overall earnings estimate revisions to the downside. I think most of it is priced in. Maybe another 10% downside, tops 15%.
