Hey, someone clue these PR people into the current decade. No one belives that line any more. As evidenced by a Ford VP at a recent symposium, "Don't tell me your software will save money or make things easier. Just tell me the truth..." <-------not verbatim. I figure my software/hardware upgrades should have me retired by now and should be running themselves... :0) But I also liked that VP's line, "For every dollar spent on software, we spend a dollar on support."
