Wrong! Fab25 went into production in 1994 with the Am5x86. It just wasn't profitable until the introduction of the Athlon in 1999. Of course, the prior losses at Fab25 were actually amortization of its cost. AMD ended up actually covering part of the cost of Fab25 prior to mid-1999.
