EUO: over on SH I just saw this post: stockhouse.com I would respond to it but I don't have a SH account. For anyone here who doesn't already know that this is incorrect, the purchase agreement defines "net income" in the definition section and the definition is "gross income". I don't know why they defined it that way, but anybody interested can read what the definition is and see that it refers to the gross amount. I dug into this because I was concerned by the language in the news release when I originally saw it. EDIT: for the lazy:
