I'm wondering if this is the point of distribution for the DCTI insiders now that the deal is 'done.' I don't think the company is going to be making any type of revenues for some time if the deal begins in August - how long will it take to show profitibility (how many tapes to sell)?

Also, I'm trying to find out how long the DCTI stock AOL received is restricted (if at all), if you see them offering their shares over the next few weeks, we'll see some great downside.
