Lexar filed an amendment to the S-1 registration statement... ...on 08/02/00 which outlines its indebtedness. There will be a total of 56+ million shares after the offering. I believe they will offer about 7.5 million shares of common at about $12.00 each. Lexar also disclosed a $10,000,000 loan agreement which apparently originated on June 30, 2000. Aus
