Kennedy would. He was the mongoloid who cancelled US air cover and ordered the invasion to to go in spite of that. He should either have provided cover or cancelled the whole thing. It was doomed without that air cover and he did not have the experience and sense to see that. A lot of good men died for his inexperience.
