I think the history of slavery instilled anti-black racism in America.

As for antisemitism, like I said, I never understood it. But I don't think any Jew Haters give a damn about whether Jews keep kosher, keep the Sabbath, etc. There is no reason or rational reason for it. In fact there's a book in the Bible dealing with antisemitism (Esther).
