2 Things.....

1. Regarding the crpytoanalyst analyzation that I think calypso
brought up again....yesI would like it too, but we need an
UNBIASED analyst to do it...not Bruce. Someone like a Ziff-Davis
or another truly "non partisan group"....surely you would never
pay FORD $ to analyze a GM car and expect a good unbiased report.

2. Regarding share dilution, I am still strongly against it,
especially at these levels....I would rather see the company use
an alternative form of investment--i.e. a straight bond offering
even it it fell into the "junk" catagory or high yield...whether
it is floated to a high net worth indivudual or public I don't
care. I just think there are other ways to raise capital than
rushing in and tapping the equity markets....

This might sound like the stupidest idea but I don't know if the company even considered "buying back" some shares...at these low prices...float a bond or something for some capital...or even instead of interest payments offer a set # of shares in return for borrowing capital...thus not disrupting the current float...

I would think that any large shareholder would normally strongly against such share dilution (50%). I hope what Barrie has brought up isn't something that will occur in the near future and isnt a foreshadowing of things to come...
