Who got the shares?

<Its no secret that it was Barry sending stock to the 4 brokers to cover his 45 million debt. But this will be of value, to keep it simple lets say the 4 brokers were all
owed the same amount so each received 6.2 million shares. Any time a company gains over 5 percent of the total shares of a
company they have 10 days to file a Schedule 13D. With only a bit over 60 million shares out there, we should see some
13D filed. This should give us a few clues to who he owed (not important in itself) but who has the shares. If you dissect that
info, you probably can figure out what will be happening in the future>
