Those are good points. In fact, when you look at the recent sale of the filter software, and how that sale not only generated cash but turned out to be a very good investment as well, the management is really making some great strategic decisions. Now they have several contracts in place and can begin reporting portions of the anticipated payments as they reach certain benchmarks. Thus, the financial position of the company is much better than the BARRON'S article suggests, and is also much better than the most recent financial statement indicates.
