Jem,
I played this one for the trading opportunity and lost a few bucks beacause I bailed as fast as I could, after getting back from lunch. I also own another stock that had something similar happen to it on a continued lack of news, and did not exit when my gut told me to get out and my ego wouldn't let me. I have been taking a bath for over a year and am only now seeing some light, but no substantial increase in price. My point is that GVIL has no focus or plan. The surviving mgmt. has not articulated much of anything that will raise the price of the stock and allow it to remain listed. I am not a short, but folks should go to the Nasdaq site and actually read the listing requirements. GVIL will have a hard time meeting the requirements without any tangible assets(they sold their inventory), a price below a dollar and minimum market cap. Ask yourselves if you would buy this company based on the long term vision of management? I own several companies solely for "the vision thing" and I do not see that here. If I am missing something, tell me (nicely).
I do not recommend that anyone short this stock at this point either. The price is so low that if a hurricane or tornado hit their office the possibility of an insurance settlement is cash (for the furniture) could spike the stock and cause a squeeze <g>.
Take my advice and get out with something tomorrow, you will see the price dwindle down unless something happens as everyone else sells.

Sorry - remember investing is an art not a science. I wich someone had said this to me several times on some of my losses.
