Richard- Go to the top of this thread and click on PRLN chart.
Change the time frame to 80 weeks and submit.
The left side of the chart from 4 to 8 and back to 4 represents
the time frame where the private placement took place at a very
healthy 75% discount to market. That's the price you pay when the
only thing you have for sale is equity.

By the time Rick started this thread last February the price was
back down to 1 1/2. Then we had the rise this spring/summer to
4 where the stock stalled again. And then back down to 1 1/2
thanks to tax loss selling as Paul suggests.

Most companies shares are described as:
outstanding shares=float + closely held shares.
PRLN is more like:
outstanding shares=float + Travelers shares + us?

My theory is that the privately placed shares have been sold
thruout this period and we have to wait for new buyers or a
change in the fundamentals until they are worked out. Having
a product for sale to me would be a change in fundamentals.
