But I can afford the risk...many folks can't. Why is it that you can afford the risk? (That's a rhetorical question.) As a general rule, I try to solve problems, not symptoms. Mistaking the symptom for the problem just gets you in deeper. Perhaps we should be working on what causes regular, able-bodied people to not be able to afford the risk rather than homogenizing the environment and eliminating the risk because people can't afford the risk.
