I really don't know who or what Hamilton 68 is.
I never heard of "Hamilton 68," either.

Seems like it was a database that was created in 2017 to track sources of RuZZian disinformation.

But after it started falsely accusing many right-wing sites of being "RuZZian disinformation," it got shut down in 2018.

A new database, dubbed "Hamilton 2.0," was created in 2019, but this time their data and the established links to "RuZZian disinformation" were made available to the public, as it should have been in the first place.
