The problem being Info Tech makes up 31% of S&P and it was down .70% as of this morning. Consumer Disc also not a help only up 1.16% and makes up 11%. Therefore you have S&P underperforming many sectors. Gives credence to owning individual stocks and sector ETFs, providing you pick the right ones. Also momentum investing.
