As of July 26, 2001, the Company is prohibited from granting stock options, and principals are prohibited from exercising previously granted stock options. These prohibitions will remain in effect until further notice. The Company is expected to initiate its reorganization within twelve months of being designated Inactive and is required to achieve tier maintenance requirements no later than January 26, 2003, failing which trading in the securities of the Company may be suspended.
