Sami : The phone-number for O'Shaughnessy Funds is 800-797-0773. I suggest that you ask for the prospectuses of all the four funds (Cornerstone Growth, Value plus Aggressive Growth and Dogs of the Market funds). You might also want to ask for the Statement of Additional Information. Regarding your observation about micro-caps, the author does talk about them in his book. On page 40, he says, "The stocks are far too small for a mutual fund to buy, and far too numerous for an individual to tackle. So, there they sit, tantalizingly out of reach of nearly everyone."
