This one caught me by surprise! biz.yahoo.com MEAS is now DOC, it is on the AMEX and no longer a BB stock! Past history on some other companies (e.g., TSQD) that I have owned in similar situations has shown a discount of more in the 10-20% realm than in the 40% realm, when "investors" are speculating on these companies.
