Iodine for your health --- thanx to cherokeee voy.com If you research History you will find that Lugol's was safely used for 150 years to treat Hypo and Hyper Thyroidism with great success... The folks who wrote the article you posted are not fully apprised of the chemistry involved relative to Halides... There are four Halides of which 3 are detrimental to humans health. Iodine is the weakest of the four.... It is destroyed by any of the other three... Fluorides and Chlorides are found in drinking water... Bromides are used in baking products like bread and pasta... all three are detrimental to the Thyroid gland because they destroy the efficacy of any potential Iodine that MIGHT be found in foods. It takes time to eliminate these nasty three from your body using Iodine supplementation as they are quite prevalent in today's modern ENGINEERED world. Yes .. intentionally put into places where hard to avoid... and unbeknownst by 99% of the population to be harmful. Only a chemist would know their interactions with one another... and then to where they are located in the water and food chain. Do you think the Germans used Fluoride in their internment camps by accident..? Their chemist knew the effects on the general populations and it was part of their protocol for control of the prisoners. I've used Lugol's for over 17 years with fabulous results and have 3 bottles now of varying % strengths. Iodine deficiency is epidemic in western society as IT WAS INTENDED TO BE. Add Fluoride with no Iodine and you have docile sickly sheep ready to be pushed wherever their handlers wanted them to be. When your thyroid is fully charged you are a Lion with tremendous energy and vitality. It controls metabolism and is the Thermo-regulator of your body. It kills every pathogen known to man and is needed by every cell in the body. I use high doses 4 X per day for 10 day periods for any viral infection. It is also quite effective when "painted" onto chest for respiratory infections... It is my anti-biotic of choice for bacterial and viral infections. Works wonders for any localized infections when used topically.
