Update on Status of my original letter. I got a form letter from NDB this week which basically said I should call them to dispute trades when I have a problem. I already did this several times, though, and just got a big run around. That is why I sent my letter to them and the NASDAQ. NASDAQ called me two days ago and asked me for dates and times on one of my trades, and they are going to take up the matter with Sherwood. Hopefully, they can do something for me. I was really surprised that NASDAQ actually responded to my letter and is taking action!! I'll keep everyone abreast of further developments.
