I can't screen specifically for OTC BB, only NYSE, AMEX, or NASD. 1/2 off the 52W low...meaning a 50% run up off the bottom? Anything off (under) the 52W low, is of course, the 52W low... I can do above the 20 & 40 day average volume. I can also scan for a 200% increase, but only on the 52W average.
