I am not too fund of Russian or Chinese companies.<g> But MBT drew my attention, since it has been up for 2nd day on a roll, with two minor UGs and has an ACTAY of 610 from the 17 analysts following the company.<g> finance.yahoo.com The stock is selling at 0.49 P/S and 1.37 P/BV It reportedly has about $2.92 Bs in csh and although the LTD is $10.28Bs it has a + CF of $4.96Bs and a dividend yielding13.36%, albeit the payout ratio is 103% <g> The stock went today above its EMA10 and EMA20 and the RSI rose to 50.89 but the stock is still below the EMA50 which is at 7.18 which is the first resistance to watch.<g> If the stock can get off its present near term downtrend, it may get to retest its Oct 15-Oct16 double top at the 7.94 level.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
