Cheers to you sir, I have long felt that President Carter is the best FORMER president we have had in my life time (that would be post 1950). He has not always been on target with his views, in my opinion, but nonetheless is a wonderful and well meaning man. I am equally confident that history will remember Mr Clinton as a former president who received a BJ in the White House (from other than his spouse) and Mr Bush (our current president, his father has no legacy) will be remembered as a former drug user and alcoholic who managed to spin/buy his way into the presidency--views that will obviously not be shared by their supporters. Neither man has yet to earn the respect we all owe President Carter for his selfless, caring and oft repeated actions.
