Overall CBOE P/C 10d ema now 0.75 crossed below 21 ema but needs to hit at least 0.65 per longer term patterns for rampant bullishness (as if we do not have that already-g)

if you zoom with a narrow timeframe and seems that the peak was around the 15th or 16th of October..around the time INTC warned. It has been dropping for a few days now from 0.8.
