Same problem here (Netscape 4.7x on Linux).

AACCKK!! What the hell is SI doing?

(Oh--when I turned off style sheet support, it displays normally (the text is the same, but the box is wide enough to enclose all the text and the page therefore is wide enough to display everything (e.g., with a scrollbar)).

To SI: DON'T use fancy CSS features! Not all browsers support them equally.
