The impact of the $936M judgment against FLEX is $1 per share. The chances of this being reduced on appeal are extremely high. The trial judge will hear a post-judgment motion for reduction and good news could come in a few days.

California law limits punitive damages to 4 times actual damages, and the jury awarded only $3 million in actual damages. However, it used potential consequential damages in calculating the punitive award. I'm not 100% sure if California law would allow this, but my short inquiry would indicate the award is not legitimate. So, I'm long short term hoping the $1 will price back into the stock at some point.
