MELVILLE, N.Y., May 17, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) announced today that its Orlando, Florida-based subsidiary, Comtech Systems, Inc., received a Blanket Purchase Agreement from Sword & Shield Enterprise Security, Inc. for $31.0 million for up to 152 of its next-generation, CSA3000 Transportable Fast Link Antennas (TFLAs), to replace all AN/TRC-170 legacy troposcatter antennas for the U.S. Marine Corps. The contract also includes spare parts and worldwide onsite training. Orders against this purchase agreement can be received over a thirty-six month period. The first call on this contract is for approximately $2.1 million. |
