Thanks for the article, Trev. The analysts are as confounded as we are <g>.

One thing that strikes me is that (if the numbers in that article are correct) ICGE has 32%, can pick up an additional 17.4% cheaply, and then can buy into being the majority shareholder on the open market very easily.

If I had to guess, I'd say that ICGE has convinced BWAY that if they go under tighter control and batten down the hatches with ICGE's "synergistic" (sorry <g>) other assets they will all be better off. It makes sense, I suppose, even if they are being awfully cryptic about it. I think you're right, Trev, about the closer linking of the two.

I'm still going to wait to see what they say in Feb before I consider buying back any shares.
