James -- This is just one example of how the "workers" of the world continue to be treated as little more than uppity low-wage slaves -- with little regard for them as human beings.

I can easily imagine this happening in our country as slave-wage employment continues to increase through inflation and such poverty-wage obfuscations as "right-to-work" states which foster low-wage employment that make it nearly impossible for workers to support themselves above the poverty level even with full time jobs.
