all cities on the west coast, just like Vancouver BC, warmer winters I think have a lot to do with so many homeless being here.
That's the going excuse, but it doesn't make any sense.

The weather was just as nice 10-15 years ago as it is today. Maybe even nicer back then, if you believe in the religion of climate change.

Yet homelessness and unlawful disorder seems to be much worse today than 10-15 years ago.

By the way, Portland and Seattle are completely drenched nine months out of the year, yet they too seem to have attracted a ton of homeless people over the past two decades. It certainly wasn't like that when I was living in the Pacific Northwest.
