I picked GENZ on the assumption they'll be bought at a small premium to their current price sooner than later.

If a take over doesn't happen it may imply:
- There's more there than meets the eye,
- They take the long view,
- The CEO thinks the company works best when independent (backed by longevity, facilities, and good rapport with clients ),
- They don't think the bid is high enough,
- Or?
